"HUG'EM!"
Slip into the role of S. a newly appointed manager who’s forced to hug his weird, alien-esque colleagues for the new Office for Cross-Species Communication and Mediation’s PR. Get to know your new colleagues and complete their individual hugs in this humorous visual novel meets twin-stick input skill game, all about individuality, absurdity and resulting interaction.

My Motivation:
“Hug’Em!” was started for my BA. It was important to me that I make a game myself, from start to finish, to put my learned abilities to the test.
“Hug’Em!” is still a work in progress. I am proud of the current state of the game, but want to improve on it’s core concept and design. It’s a test of Concept, so to speak. And due to this test, it has become a lot clearer to me, what I want the game to be.
